📅 It all started in 2012 A numb arm. No warning. Just gone. The diagnosis: Multiple Sclerosis.

🧡 Today, more than 10 years later: I live with MS, diabetes, and restless legs. Two relapses, two therapies – and I can walk again. Thanks to my partner, my community, and the will to keep going.
